Reductions & Supplements

Children's reductions:
0 - 5 years free of charge
5 - 10 years - 20 %
from 11 years - 10 %
Children's reductions apply when sharing parents' room. Children staying in their own room receive a reduction of 15 %. -
Supplement for single occupancy of double room € 5 per night.

We charge € 8 for dogs without food. We kindly ask you to keep your four-legged friends on a lead and to bring your own blanket or basket.
Arrival & Departure
Please note when planning your journey: The rooms are available after 2.00 pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.
Deposit & Payment
To confirm you booking we require a deposit of € 50 per person to be transferred to our bank account. The remainder should be paid on the evening prior to departure. We accept EC cards.
Cancellation Conditions
Room cancellations are only valid in writing. In the event of cancellation up to 3 months before arrival no charge will be made, up to 1 month before arrival a cancellation fee of 3 nights will be charged, within a month of arrival or early departure 80 % of your booked holiday will be charged. Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Travel Insurance
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation charges will be made. Anything can happen (illness, accident etc ...). Therefore we recommend you take out Travel Insurance.
